Below are the forms and manuals used in the 1SR Navigation Systems program. Please note that the preferred way to enter bridge and PATON discrepancies is via their respective online database systems. Paper forms are shown below for those without access to the online systems.

1SR ATON/PATON Discrepancy Report	1SR PATON DataBase System This is the preferred way to entry bridge reports for AVs with system IDs. All other use the forms below
The D1SR Federal Aids To Navigation Training Manual	1SR PATON Verification/Discrepancy Form (.pdf file) Use this form to submit PATON verification or Discrepancy reports if you don't have a logon ID to the online database. For those who want to fill in the form on a PC, an Excel Version is available.
	Non-Permitted PATON Form Use this form to report Non-Permitted PATONs. Updated 15Aug10

Online Bridge Discrepancy Reporting System This is the preferred way to entry bridge reports.	NOAA 77-5 Chart Update Form
Bridge Discrepancy Report Form This form can be used when the online system cannot be used.	The United States Coast Pilot
